Free return products for no reason?

YES, 15th normal days (on top of the on-time delivery date) is free and after the 16th the buyer has to pay the shipping

How many days proteccion of the supplier?

25 days.

How should be the product to have my money back?

Unused, unwashed and in their original condition – complete with the original packaging, tags, etc. 

What about if the product arrived damaged?

Take pictures right after the delivery has arrived and contact us immediately to process the return of the product.

Where & how to return my package?

1) Get the return code or label, (DM us)

2) Returning packages via a designated local return service point or via a door-to-door pickup service is free.

3) Wait for door-to-door pickup service or take your package to the designated service point.

4) Lastly, wait for the local warehouse to confirm receipt of your returned package.

When I get my money back?

You will get the money back when:

a) We receive the package in our warehouse 

b) Package is in good conditions

c) Money will be sent to you

Timing: Usually takes around 1-2 weeks, due COVID-19 be aware the process can take longer, maybe 2 months. We really apologize for this, but it is out of our hands the custom process.

Remember to select  'Return Goods" while opening the dispute.

Which countries have free return?

United States, Canada, Australia, United Kingdom, France, Spain, Germany, Russia, South Korea, Saudi Arabia, UAE, Italy, Netherlands, Poland, Brazil and Israel.

Damages and issues?

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items?

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as flowers or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products).

We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 

Exchanges 

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want, is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds 

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method.

Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

NOTE: 

1) You can only enjoy one-time free local return for one order.

2) If you initiate multiple return requests under an order, you can only enjoy the free local return service once.

3) If you decide to return your package separately from your first free return requests, you can still enjoy local return service but you will have to cover the return shipping costs to the designated local return address.

4) Therefore, please consider returning jointly the products to avoid paying that additional shipping cost.
