2) Why our products can take more than 1 week for delivery?
We are a small online shop and most of our products are handmade, we need time to process the order.
3) How long can take to process my order?
a) Receive the payment in 1-3 working days
b) We process your order
c) If your product is sold out and we don't have stock, we have to make it.
4) Timing to make the product?
a) Can be around 1 or 2 weeks, depending on which kind of product.
b) Once the order is ready we will let you know throw email that your order is on the way to you. We want you to enjoy our product, as soon as possible.
5) Where is my package?
To know where your package it's, just sent a dm and we will get back to you.
6) Shipping Time:
Our order processing currently takes around 1-2 weeks, please we ask you to be patient due the current COVID-19 situation as the shipping is slowed down and can take 2-3 weeks for the delivery
7) Where are the prodcuts shipped?
Usually we ship from few warehouses: the USA, Europe & Asia. Depending where your order has been made, we will ship from the closest one.
8) Free return products for no reason?
YES, 15th normal days (on top of the on-time delivery date) is free and after the 16th the buyer has to pay the shipping
9) How many days proteccion of the supplier?
10) How should the product be to have my money back?
Unused, unwashed and in their original condition – complete with the original packaging, tags, etc.
11) What about if the product arrived damaged?
Take pictures right after the delivery has arrived and contact us immediately to process the return of the product and sent your money back.
12) Where & how to return my package?
a) Get the return code or label (DM us)
b) Returning packages via a designated local return service point or via a door-to-door pickup service is free.
c) Wait for door-to-door pickup service or take your package to the designated service point.
d) Lastly, wait for the local warehouse to confirm receipt of your returned package.
13) Very important.
Remember to select 'Return Goods" while opening the dispute.
14) When I get my money back?
Refunds will be made to you, once we confirm receipt of your returned parcel which meets the conditions for reimbursement.
15) Which countries have free return?
United States, Canada, Australia, United Kingdom, France, Spain, Germany, Russia, South Korea, Saudi Arabia, UAE, Italy, Netherlands, Poland, Brazil and Israel.
DM us to confirm that your country is not in the list for free return.
16) Damages and issues?
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
17) Exceptions / non-returnable items?
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products).
We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method.
Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
